Terms of Use

GTM Toolkit client portal (gtm.zbigniew.ai). Last updated: 30 October 2026. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.

1. Access. The portal is available only to persons invited by name. Access is personal — it may not be shared with others or used through shared mailboxes.
2. Confidentiality. Analyses, methodology and content made available in the portal are covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that each person accepts on first entry to the portal. In case of any conflict, the NDA prevails.
3. Market data. Data in the portal comes from observation of publicly available websites and is provided as collected. We do not guarantee its completeness, continuity or accuracy. The data is not an estimate of sales or market share.
4. AI assistant. Assistant answers are generated automatically from portal data and may contain errors. Verify figures in the portal views before making decisions.
5. Personal data. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
